Senior Minister – Mike Pailthorpe

Mike studied theology and philosophy in Sydney before moving to ministry in Bathurst, Grenfell, and since 2014, Bungendore. Mike is married to Chloe and they have three school-aged children.  Mike is passionate about the good news of Jesus , teaching the bible, and serving the local community.  In his spare time, Mike enjoys being with family, exercise, podcasts, and roasting coffee.

Community Engagement Minister – Chloe Pailthorpe

​Chloe studied theology and ministry in Sydney and joined her husband Mike in ministry at Bathurst, Grenfell, and now Bungendore. Growing up in Cootamundra she has a heart for rural and regional communities and serving the Lord through generous justice. Chloe manages our OpShops and Food Hubs and is actively involved in the life of the church. Chloe loves Jesus and together with Mike has three teenage children. She loves going for a country drive, making connections with people, and changing rooms in the Rectory.

Family Minister – Rachael Price

Rachael is a life-long follower of Christ, who has been a regular attendee of Bungendore Anglican Church since moving to the area in 2022. She has a passion for teaching children from God’s word, with professional experience as a teacher in Christian schools since 2017. Married to Brad, they have two young children. Rachael enjoys gardening, listening to audio books and working on her hobby farm.

Youth Minister – Mischa George

Mischa is an evangelist at heart who loves to serve within the community in a hope to share the good news of Jesus. She grew up in an active ministry family and has experience across many areas of ministry, however, her passion is for youth. She loves getting lost in a good book, keeping fit with brazilian jiu jitsu and bushwalking and is an avid nerf war participant. The scripture that Mischa hopes people can pray over the BAC youth group is Psalm 100:3 – Know that the Lord, He is God! It is He who made us, and we are His; we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture.
